The Denton Record Chronicles has published the winners of their annual Cats & Dogs… and other pets too! contest!

10% of the proceeds of the entries were donated to the Denton Humane Society!
First place went to Peanut, the Sicilian Miniature Donkey. Peanut received a photo session from me and the cover of the newspaper supplement. Isn’t he the cutest donkey you’ve ever seen!?

The second place winner is Laney, a very sweet Merle Australian Cattle Dog (Blue Heeler).
The third place winner is Cupid, an adorable Beagle puppy.
