Miss Sassy is my new foster dog and available for adoption through Southwest English Setter Rescue. Sassy is an English Setter mix. She’s good with kids, cats & dogs… actually would do best with other dogs. She is also housebroken and crate trained. She is 5 years old and about 45 lbs. She needs a home that will be patient with some of her fears so she can learn to know trust and love for the rest of her life. I promise you… she is worth it! ♥
When she came to my home, it took her about 4 or 5 days to acclimate to her new surroundings but she’s really thriving now… playing with my dogs, asking to be pet, and really wanting to be a part of the family. She is such a sweet and gentle girl.
Sassy went in for heartworm treatment yesterday 1/31/13). She will then will be on “bed rest” for 30 days.
